No one shall transmit information about the content of advertising a media product harmful to juveniles to juveniles under the age of 19 in the form of code, letter, voice, sound, image, or picture, etc. via an information and communications network, nor openly exhibit information about goods or services prohibited by any Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. or any other Act through an information and communications network without any measures restricting access by juveniles.
