Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person operating C points in Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and the victim D (V, 21 years old) and victim E (V, 27 years old) are those who worked for the above C points operated by the defendant as an employee.
1. Crimes against victims E;
A. On October 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported the fact that the victim gets a horse by viewing a computer at the above C control point; and (b) took the Defendant’s hand on the hand of the victim himself/herself, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as rain and rain.
B. On November 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported on the victim’s clothes at the places indicated in the above paragraph (a) and told the victim that he was frighted with food on the victim’s clothes; and (b) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as holding the victim’s left chest part of the victim’s chest by hand.

On December 21, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, following the victim who was living at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (a) by: (a) by inserting the victim’s hand hand in a way between the victim and the victim’s hand; and (b) by inserting the victim’s hand in a way, the Defendant committed an indecent act.
2. Crimes against victims D;
A. On January 1, 2017, at around 17:50, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim who was temporarily named from the side of the Defendant at the place described in the foregoing paragraph (a).
