A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From June 2016 to December 2016, the Defendant is an extra-school teacher who received an individual and other education twice a week from the victim D (at the time of committing the crime, 16 years of age).

A. On July 2016, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act on the victim’s left side while the Defendant was taking a extracurricular class with the victim within ○○○○○○-dong, △△△△△△, which was an apartment, in mind of having the victim sit on his/her left side and left hand, and the victim left the victim’s right side with his/her hand, and even though the victim refuses to do so with the Defendant’s hand, he/she continued to buck the victim’s buck in his/her hand, and caused the victim to commit an indecent act by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act by having the victim’s hand contact with his/her will.

B. From August 2016, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile, on the part of the victim’s right chest, solely based on the victim’s left hand, with the victim’s winter, side gate, and part of the part of the victim’s boom, while serving extracurricular classes with the victim at the places indicated in the instant paragraph (a), from August 2016 to early September 2016.

From September 2016 to October 2016, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile, who is a juvenile, by making the victim not able to have his/her face known to the victim with his/her own hand while taking an extra class at the location indicated in the instant paragraph (a).

(d)

On November 4, 2016, from around 18:00 to around 22:00, the Defendant ceased to stop by taking charge of the victim’s right side bucks where the victim was suffering from raging out, with left hand, while taking out an extra class with the victim at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a).
