A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2013, the Defendant acquired one copy of the resident registration certificate owned by the victim C, which was lost by the victim C, from the front day of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon at around 00:00.

The Defendant, without following necessary procedures such as returning the above obtained resident registration certificate to the victim, embezzled his own idea.

2. On November 5, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant stolen a vehicle driver’s license and one resident registration certificate, which is the victim’s possession of the victim’s wall, and one copy of the vehicle owner’s resident registration certificate, which is the victim’s possession of the victim’s wall, while the victim B, who was a customer at the relevant place, was placed in the victim’s care.

3. Illegal events of official documents;

A. On September 16, 2013, at around 13:30 on September 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) drafted a transaction application to open a passbook at the Bupyeong Agricultural Village Branch in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Busan; (b) submitted it to the banking staff; and (c) received a demand from the employees to present an identification card.

In this regard, the defendant did not use official documents by presenting his resident registration certificate under C, which is an official document in possession, as if the defendant was a resident registration certificate of the defendant.

B. At around 10:00 on November 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) prepared a transaction application to open a passbook at the Bupyeong Agricultural Village Branch located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Busan; (b) submitted it to the banking staff; and (c) received demand from the employees to present identification cards.

The defendant, who was in possession, presented the driver's license and resident registration certificate under B, which are official documents, as if they were the driver's license and resident registration certificate of the defendant, and illegally displayed official documents.

4. Forgery of private documents;

A. The Defendant forged a private document under C’s name.

An application for transaction shall be filed with the opening of a passbook at the time and place stated in the paragraph.
