Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 31, 2012, the Plaintiff signed a cargo transport contract with the Defendant on January 31, 2012 with respect to the daily necessities and two motor vehicles owned by the Plaintiff (U.S., see, see, e.g., Ireland) in order to move in the Republic of Korea as French Lyon (hereinafter “instant transport contract”).
