A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 21, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime of assaulting the victim on November 21, 2014, and explained to the victim E (the 19-year-old) who is an employee of the victim that the amount of the fee would be increased when the victim solicits the exchange of the mobile phone with another device in consultation with the victim about the difference in the quality of the mobile phone purchased from the said store at the D store located in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si around 15:00, the Defendant used the victim by gathering his cell phone from the victim's cell while gathering the cell phone he was in possession of it, and assaulting the victim by walking the victim's head at his own discretion.

2. Crimes committed on December 26, 2014 (Assault and special destruction and damage).

A. At around 14:00 on December 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken a taxi operated by the victim FF (52 years of age) around the upper north elementary school located north of the upper north of Korea, and was in possession of the taxi in front of the restaurant of “H” located in G, a destination, and was requested by the victim to take a bath for the victim; (b) took a bath for the victim; and (c) took a bath for the victim to take a bath for the victim; and (d) took the taxi at the above destination, she assaulted the victim’s left snow part of the victim’s drinking seat one time.

B. In order to avoid the Defendant’s assault at the above date, at the above time and place, the Defendant destroyed 5,877,221 won of the repair cost by either front and rear a taxi owned by the victim, following a glass window, citing bricks and stones, which is a dangerous object in which the victim was living in his/her place of escape.

3. Crimes committed on December 28, 2014 (Assault and obstruction of performance of official duties).

A. On December 28, 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendant discovered seven persons, such as the Victim K (16 years of age), the Victim L (17 years of age), and the Victim M (16 years of age) in J Park near the International Building in Gyeyang-si, Yangsan-si, and found the victims to be playing, without any particular reason, while coming to the cost, the Defendant Dabbbbbbbling the victim’s head K’s veget and breath, and then bucks over the floor by cutting down the bucks.
