A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. On April 26, 2014, around 21:50, the Defendant assaulted the victim at one time on the right side of the victim’s hand, on the ground that the victim D (year 21) who is a fluent male and a fluent male and a fluent female fluences the victim’s body at one time in the course of drinking the victim’s body.

B. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant assaulted the victim at one time on the left side of the victim, on the ground that the Defendant received a report from the victim D in relation to the assault as described in the above paragraph (a) and explained the fact of damage to the police officers dispatched after receiving the report, at least 2:00 on the same day.

2. On April 26, 2014, at the same place as indicated in paragraph 1(b), around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) committed assault as described in paragraph 1(b) while investigating the police officer F of the E box who was dispatched to the scene after receiving a report of the assault; and (b) the police officer took charge of the investigation on the instant guard; (b) the Defendant took a bath view; (c) the police officer attempted to arrest a flagrant offender at one time; (d) the police officer was able to take a bomb; (e) the Defendant took a bath, she was able to take a walk; and (e) the Defendant was able to take a bomb with the Defendant’s head; and (e) prevented G police officers from taking the bomb of the said G, by taking the back head of the Defendant’s back and walking the mouth of the said G; and (e) interfere with the police officer’s legitimate inspection of the instant case and each of the instant parts.
