Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who actually operates a DNA farming association corporation (the representative is the father E of the defendant) for the purpose of cultivating, processing, and selling mountain ginseng and medicinal herbs.

In 2010, the Defendant: (a) was selected as a subsidized business operator of the 2010-year Forest Product Storage Construction Support Project; (b) was to construct new facilities with subsidies of KRW 1.9 million, KRW 5 million, KRW 570,000, KRW 13330,000, KRW 1.3.3 million, the Defendant was to obtain subsidies from the 2000,000, KRW 200,000,000, KRW 400,000,000,000,000,000,000 won; (c) the Defendant was to obtain subsidies from the 601,000,000,000 won and KRW 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 won and KRW 1,000,000,000,000,00 won and KRW 2,00,000.

On September 26, 2011, the Defendant is in the name of the public official in charge in the Forest Department of the Cheongong-gun Office.
