Imprisonment with prison labor for each crime listed in paragraph (1) of the judgment of the defendant, and for each crime listed in paragraph (2) of the judgment of the court.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2016, the Defendant, such as a false entry in an electronic record, a false entry electronic record, etc., made one-time “old-age corporation” with the name of the deceased, by means of the best payment of share capital, etc., and concluded that the Defendant would sell the above passbook to those who need another person to commit the crime, such as scaming, etc. after opening the passbook in the name of the juristic person, and would make profits therefrom.

On February 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) filed with the Daegu District Court registry located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) did not establish a corporation whose purpose is to conduct electronic commerce business, etc., “C”; and (c) paid KRW 3 million of the stock price, the Defendant entered the Defendant as the representative director using the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, seal impression, etc.; (d) prepared documents necessary for the registration of incorporation, such as the application for the registration of incorporation of C, a corporation with D, the audit of which is recorded; and (e) submitted to the public official who is aware of the fact, submitted the documents to the public official in charge; and (e) had the said public official enter the same contents as the above application form in the registry of C, a corporation with electronic records, the electronic records, and thereafter, had the said registry preserved the electronic records of the said registry.

B. On March 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the Daegu District Court registry; (b) did not establish a corporation with the purpose of electronic commerce business, etc., “E”; and (c) paid KRW 3 million of the stock price, the Defendant’s representative director, using the Defendant’s resident registration transcript, seal impression, etc.; (b) prepared documents necessary for the registration of incorporation, such as the application for registration of incorporation of E corporation, which entered F as the auditor; and (c) submitted them to a public official in charge of the said public official on the same day, and submitted them to the said public official on the same day.
