Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants, by means of the best payment of shares, set up a single-age juristic person, opened a passbook in the name of the juristic person, and sold the passbook opened in the name of another person to the persons in need of a passbook in order to commit the crime, such as singing, singing, etc., to gain profits.
1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants
A. On March 10, 2016, the Defendants at the Daegu Dong-gu District Court’s registry located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, did not establish a corporation whose purpose is to conduct the electronic commerce business, etc., “F,” and even three million won of the share price is the most paid. As such, the Defendants conspired to make a false report to a public official and had the public official record false facts in the corporate registry which is an official electronic records, and had the public official record the false facts in the electronic records register from around that time to March 23, 2016, such as the contents in the list of crimes in the attached Form 1, and exercised it.
(b) No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer or take over any access medium, or lend or take over any access medium in return for payment;
