A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. No one shall assist an unspecified person in doing sexual intercourse or other similar sexual intercourse in giving, receiving, or promising to give, any money, valuables or other financial benefits;

The Defendant is a business owner operating illegal sex trading establishments under the trade name of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel No. 705, 1212, 1307 and 1311, and D is an employee who provides guidance on the son’s loss found in the above business.

From February 15:00 to March 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 130,000 won in return for sexual intercourse from the unspecific male descendants who reported the Internet advertisement, etc. at the above location; and (b) had sexual traffic women, such as E, employed on the condition that they pay 80,000 won among them, to have them do sexual intercourse with their customers; and (c) from February 3, 2014 to March 24, 2014, the Defendant received money from the unspecific male descendants and had them do sexual intercourse with their sexual intercourse.

As a result, the defendant conspired with D to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. No one shall advertise any business establishment that performs commercial sex acts, arrangement of commercial sex acts, etc.;

From February 3, 2014 to March 24, 2014, the Defendant posted the “C” title as “C” to the “F,” an Internet site, to advertise the “C”, which is the same as that set forth in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant advertised a business place where sexual traffic or arrangement of commercial sex acts is conducted.
