A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person who had operated a commercial sex dealing business establishment with the trade name “C” on the fourth floor of the Young-gu B building in Suwon-si, was recruited as the head of D and E, to take charge of Internet advertising and customer response, and recruited to operate the said business.

2. No one shall advertise any business establishment that performs commercial sex acts, arrangement of commercial sex acts, etc.;

Nevertheless, the defendant from May 25, 2019 to the same year.

7.2. From 20:40 to advertise the said commercial sex acts, by 20:40, the title of business name, business hours, telephone numbers, etc. was posted on the Internet site, such as Q, R, S,S, M,U, V, M, M, X, Y, X, Y, Z, Z, and AA, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D and E, advertised business places where commercial sex acts or arrangement of commercial sex acts are conducted.
