A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a short term of one year and six months, and a long term of two years.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to sell the two-wheeled vehicle, on September 4, 2013, at the “UPC bank” located in Changwon-si around September 4, 2013, the victim AM searched the Internet portal site’s NAV car page while searching the Internet portal site.
