Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoon) was not a person handling narcotics, and thus, the Metephacule, a psychotropic drug, should not be administered, but the Metephopon (hereinafter “philophone”) was administered as follows.
