A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. On December 4, 2015, the Defendant purchased marijuana worth KRW 18,100,000,00 in total, from F on nine occasions, including purchase of 4,50,000,00 from F in the vicinity of the building in Busan Shipping Daegu or from F in the territory of Busan E 205, and from F in November 26, 2016, from November 26, 2016.
