1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the "total amount payable" of the list of total claim amounts in attached Form 3 for each plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a person entrusted by the Korea Highway Corporation with the duty of safety patrol of the J branch of the Korea Highway Corporation to perform the said duty under the name of the business operator "K" from January 20, 208, and the plaintiffs are employees employed by the defendant to perform the duty of safety patrol of the Highway.
B. The Plaintiffs paid wages from the Defendant received the basic monthly wage and the bonus site allowance, food expenses, transportation expenses, etc. indicated in the “Items of Wages” in the attached Table 1 of the unpaid amount of allowances.
The Defendant calculated the ordinary wage solely based on the above-mentioned ordinary wage. Based on the ordinary wage calculated as above, the Defendant paid the Plaintiffs each annual overtime allowance and overtime allowance, and each annual annual allowance indicated in the column for “prepaid allowance” and “prepaid allowance” as stated in the pertinent monthly overtime allowance and overtime allowance, and “prepaid payment” as stated in the pertinent monthly overtime allowance and “prepaid work allowance” as stated in the pertinent monthly night work allowance and “prepaid work allowance” column as stated in the pertinent monthly night work allowance and “prepaid work allowance” column as stated in the attached Table 2’s “prepaid payment column.”

4. A shift worker: A person who works for a two-class system at a place where continuous work is required for 24 hours;
Article 32-2 (Working Hours for Workers on Duty) The working hours of workers on duty shall be 12 hours a day, including recess hours.
1. In principle, the working hours of shift workers shall be 12 hours a day, including recess hours, and 44 hours a week;
Provided, That if necessary, it may be allowed to work for an extended period of up to 12 hours a week.
2. The starting and ending time of shift workers shall be as follows:
( Daytime workers = 09:00 to 21:00, Night workers = 21:00 to 09:00 on the following day)
3. The working hours under subparagraph 1, and the beginning and closing time of business under subparagraph 2 may be changed according to the needs of their business;
