Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From June 2018 to October 14 of the same year, the Defendant was a person who operated the Busan Northern Complex C Apartment from the early police officer from June 2018 to October 2014, and the victim D (the victim, the age of 14) was a student who received extracurricular lessons from the Defendant in the above public book book from July 23, 2018 to October 14 of the same year.
