A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person operating a restaurant in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, and the victim D (n, 20 years of age) is an employee of the above restaurant.
1. On August 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed the first order from around 18:00 to around 20:00 on August 2013, 201: (b) “The Defendant was the victim of the said restaurant,” and (c) the victim’s shoulder with approximately 10 minutes of hand, divided the victim’s shoulder, and divided the victim’s part.
2. 3.
