1. Basic facts

A. 2. The parties' assertion

A. The Plaintiffs’ land under the instant circumstances was assessed against the Plaintiffs’ shipbuilding, and, despite the division of P road with respect to the part of the instant land passing across 632 square meters prior to H of Gyeonggi-gun, Gju-gun, the instant land was assigned a size of 296 square meters prior to Qu 296 square meters (hereinafter “P land”) on a new ground. Moreover, among the instant circumstances, the instant land was assigned a new point of view as to the road passing across the right-hand side of the Gyeonggi-si L, Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si, about the part of the instant land passing across the 3,021 square meters (hereinafter “R land”), and the said land was assigned to the said land.
