1. Facts of recognition;
A. Land assessment and change 1) On September 21, 1911, the “YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
(2) AB’s land before subdivision was divided into “AB’s land in Chungcheongnam-si and “AC’s land in Chungcheongnam-si,” and the said “AB’s land in Chungcheongnam-si,” following the change of administrative district, division, etc. thereafter, the said “AB’s land” was combined with “AB’s land in Chungcheongnam-si, AB, 320 square meters (hereinafter “AB”), and “AD land in Chungcheongnam-si, AD, 6,655 square meters (hereinafter “AD land”). The said “AC land in Chungcheongnam-si,” and the said “AC land” was combined with “AC river 1,791 square meters (hereinafter “AC land in Chungcheongnam-si, and hereinafter “AE land”), “AF4 square meters in Chungcheongnam-si, and 674 square meters in Seoul-si, Hanam-si, and each of the said land was “AD-si and river 1,508 square meters in Seoul-si,” and “AD-si,” and each of the said land.
3 AE land and AH land have been completed on August 20, 1984 on the ground of the "acquisition of a site for public use on August 20, 1984" and the ownership transfer registration has been completed in each Republic of Korea on August 2, 1984, and its land category is transferred on the land cadastre.
The land category of this case, except the above land, is a river, and each registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the future of the Republic of Korea on June 14, 1984.
B. The current status of incorporation into the river area and use of each land of this case (1). According to the Han River Ledger drawn up by the Construction Division around December 1978, each land of this case was registered as the river area of Han River which is a national river. The surrounding areas of this case were indicated as the bit section of the Han River, and it is presumed that the river area was at the time the river area was located. The Gyeonggi-do Governor thereafter maintained the river area in the Han River basin through the Han River Comprehensive Development Project of Gyeonggi-do.
