Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won, by a fine of 1.5 million won and by imprisonment of 4 months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the captain of the two-way fishing vessel C (7.93 tons and the mother vessel) of the Hacheon-gun, Seocheon-gun.
