Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000,000, respectively.

The defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A is a person who is engaged in fisheries on board as the captain of the vessel D (7.93 tons) at the port of the west-gun, Seocheon-gun, the coastwise, the coastwise, the coastwise, and is engaged in fisheries. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in fisheries on board as the captain of the vessel E (9.16 tons) used as an auxiliary vessel, and Defendant C is an operator of the vessel D and the owner of the vessel for transportation of fish.

1. Any person who intends to run a fishery business falling under the coastal fishery business among the fishery businesses using the accused A and B-powered fishing vessels, or power-driven fishing vessels with a gross tonnage of less than 10 tons, shall obtain permission for each fishing vessel or fishing gear from the Mayor/Do Governor;

A coastal vessel D (7.93 tons) shall conduct fishing operations only at the cost of the west-do coast coast, west-do with a fishery permit obtained from the water number of Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, and the catch E (9.16 tons) shall not capture or gather marine animals and plants to a fishing vessel used for the fish transportation business registered in Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun (Scheon-gun G G), and the relevant fishing vessel shall not conduct fishing operations at the cost of the west-do coastal sea area, including the military mountain market, without obtaining a permit from the head of the administrative agency located in the Do, Jeoncheon-do, for the coastal sea area.

Nevertheless, from around 07:00 to around 07:20 on September 13, 2017, the Defendants used one mold of the coastal network operation gear on the sea-line D at approximately 1.85 nautical miles (Fix. 35-53.08 N, 126-19.97E) from the end of the Gunsan-si Do Masan-do Masan-do as an accessory vessel.

Around 22:50 on October 27, 2017, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport captured approximately 1 1 nautical miles (Fix.35-40.78 N, 126-26.29E) from the westan-gun, Seoan-gun, Seoan-gun (Fix.35-40.78 N, 126-26.29E) in the same manner as the sea.

As a result, the Defendants did not obtain permission from the head of the administrative agency in the Jeonra-do, such as the Gunsan City, in violation of the permitted fishery regulations, and did not permit the fishery jointly with the members of the Jeonra-do coast.
