Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On February 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court Jeju District Court Branch on September 10, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant committed the crime of January 31, 2016, at the place specified in paragraph 1 from around 16:17 to around 16:19 on January 31, 2016, up to the victim D’s market price, as above, stored one brea, which is equivalent to KRW 1,200, the market price of the victim D’s 2,200, one brea, etc., which is equivalent to KRW 2,200, and 1,530, the market price of which is equal to KRW 1,530.

4. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime on February 2, 2016: (a) Gabel 210, Gel 210 around 03:40 on February 2, 2016; (b) 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim, who was drinking together, under the influence of alcohol by the victim H, is in such cases.
