Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On January 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Western District Court, and on May 26, 2013, the Seoul Western District Court completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern District Court.

[Criminal facts]

1. On May 11, 2016, around 09:25, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property at “E” convenience stores operated by the victim D located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by means of the gaps in which the convenience store employees are not deemed, included one drinking water equivalent to KRW 2,500 in the market price of the victim’s possession, which was displayed there.

2. Larceny on May 16, 2016

A. On May 16, 2016, at around 13:10 on May 16, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property by putting in clothes food equivalent to KRW 8,500, total market value, such as one city, bana, fa, fac, fac, and fack, which was displayed at the place by means of a cresh not deemed the convenience store employees.

B. On May 16, 2016, the Defendant: around 13:51, at around 16, 2016, stolen the victim’s property by gathering food equivalent to KRW 2,600 in total of market prices, including one Bana and one drinking water, which was displayed at the place where the convenience store employee is not considered.

On May 16, 2016, at around 14:00, the Defendant collected 1,300 won Kim 1,300 won of the market price of the victim D, which was displayed there, using the gaps in which convenience store employees are not considered, and thereby stolen the property of the victim.

(d)

On May 16, 2016, at around 20:10 around 20:10, the Defendant used a cre in which convenience store employees are not considered, thereby putting food of an amount equivalent to KRW 5,500 in the total market price, such as one city owned by the victim D, Bana, and one city, which is displayed there, and then cutting down the victim’s property.

3. On May 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the places indicated in paragraph (1) at around 12:20 around May 17, 2016; (b) obstructed the inside of the convenience store; and (c) obstructed food owned by the victimD to be stolen.
