A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 28, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of December 28, 2018, at the “D” bank operated by the victim C in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, around 14:30 on December 28, 2018, the Defendant used one gold bling of the amount of KRW 700,000 in the market price owned by the victim and displayed at that place, one gold bling of the amount of KRW 300,000 in the market price owned by the victim and one gold bling of KRW 5,00 in the market price of KRW 50,00 in his/her hand. Furthermore, the Defendant stolen the victim by taking advantage of the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected.

2. On January 9, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of January 9, 2019: (a) around 09:50 on January 9, 2019, in the “G” bank operated by the victim F in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., under the presumption that the Defendant would sell the Defendant’s shoulder; and (b) entered the customer under the presumption that the victim would sell the said shoulder; and (c) made a theft by putting one gold 6.4 gold thm in the market price equivalent to KRW 1,156,000 in the market price displayed at the relevant place using the gaps where the surveillance was neglected; and (d) 6.5mmp in the market price equivalent to KRW 1,180,000.

3. At around 11:50 on February 14, 2019, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 61,000 in total by inserting one divers equivalent to the market value of KRW 16,00,000, which was displayed at the “J” store managed by the victim I in Yangsan-si by using the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, and one divers from the market value of KRW 16,00,000 in the market value.

4. Around December 10, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime: (a) around 12:40 on December 10, 2018; (b) Ma, operated by the Victim L, the victim L, the victim L, the victim of which was released on bail, was placed in the victim’s own market price of KRW 9.50,00,000, and stolen it.

5. On March 3, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 14:47 on March 3, 2019, at Q sales outlet managed by the victim P, located in N in Busan, Busan, the Defendant used a gap in the management of the victim P, thereby passing down a line of 187,000 won at the market price owned by the victim.
