A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On April 8, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of April 10, 2019, around 10:53, at around 10:53, entered the instant female toilet in order to take the image of women with smartphones in their possession, with female products such as physiological ties, which came to the third female toilets in the building of the music college of C school in Busan Metropolitan City, B, and with smartphones in their possession.

B. On May 17, 2019, the Defendant, around 17:30 on May 17, 2019, entered the above female toilet in order to take a luxic image with smartphones in possession, which had female products such as physiological ties, and went to the above female toilet in order to take a luxic image of women.

(2) On May 17, 2019, at around 17:35, the Defendant came to a female toilet in the second floor E of the building D of the above C School, with female products such as living ties, and entered the above female toilet in order for women to take a urient image by using smartphones in possession.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on the public use places such as toilets, etc. for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire for three times.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

가. 2019. 4. 8.자 범행 피고인은 제1의 가항 기재 일시, 장소에서, 피해자 F(가명, 여, 43세)이 있는 용변칸 칸막이 아래로 스마트폰의 카메라 기능을 켠 채로 집어넣어 용변을 보는 피해자의 신체를 동영상으로 촬영하려 하였으나 피해자에게 발각되어 그 뜻을 이루지 못하였다.
