Defendant
A around November 25, 2011, after being sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Suwon District Court on May 24, 2012.
1. On January 27, 2014, around 21:00 to 22:00, the Defendants loaded the electric wires equivalent to KRW 1.420,00 in the E-bro-owned vehicles owned by Defendant A, by means of reporting the network, and Defendant A cut the electric wires installed on the telegraph station located on the telegraph station.
As such, the Defendants jointly stolen the property.
2. On January 28, 2014, at around 21:00 to 22:00, the Defendants loaded a cable equivalent to KRW 1,704,00 on the E-mailed vehicle owned by the Defendant, by means of reporting the network to the Korea Railroad Corporation, Defendant B, and Defendant A’s electric wires installed on the telegraph pole, which are located on the telegraph pole.
As such, the Defendants jointly stolen the property.
3. From February 4, 2014 to June 2, 2014, around 20:38 to 21:05, the Defendants reported the vehicle of a private security enterprise in the field while they stolen electric wires in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph (1).
As such, the Defendants, together, attempted to steal property, but failed to commit such act.
4. At around 21:00 to 21:20 on February 10, 2014, the Defendants reported and escaped from the scene while they stolen electric wires in the same manner as the above paragraph (1).
As such, the Defendants, together, attempted to steal property, but failed to commit such act.
