A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor due to assault, etc. in the Gwangju District Court's Maritime Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 12, 2012.

1.
