Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence on August 31, 2013 due to the crime of attempted extortion in the Gwangju District Court's Southern Branch, etc., and the sentence became final and conclusive on January 31, 2013, and is currently under suspended sentence.

1. Larceny;

B. At around 20:30 on February 2, 2013, the Defendant, within the above D, stolen the victim E’s cresh in a display stand, where the market price equivalent to KRW 90,000, where the victim E was placed in the display stand.

2. Interference with business;

A. On February 2, 2013, from around 10:00 to around 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant found the victim G management H-type landing points in the Namnamnam Navy F, without any justifiable reason, and obstructed the victim’s business by preventing customers who found the meat store from purchasing goods by doing so by doing so.

나. 피고인은 2013. 2. 2. 12:30경부터 같은 날 12:40경까지 전남 해남군 I에 있는 피해자 J 운영의 K식당에서 아무런 이유 없이 찾아 와 "씨발놈아 손님들이 와도 왜 멀뚱멀뚱 쳐다보냐. 밥 좀 주라"고 큰소리 치고 욕설을 하여 그 곳에 찾아온 손님들이 음식을 취식하지 못하게 하여 피해자의 요식업 업무를 방해하였다.

C.
