A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchase and delivery of cryptopists;

A. On July 16, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant remitted 4.60,000 won to E before the D Hospital located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.4g of Metepopty (copon; hereinafter “Mepopon”).

B. On August 20, 2014, around 23:00, the Defendant remitted KRW 300,000 to E before the D Hospital located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased a one-time injection device containing approximately 0.4g of phiphones.

On September 21, 2014, the Defendant remitted KRW 700,000 to E in front of the F building in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and purchased a disposable philophone with approximately 0.8gopon.

(d)

On April 25, 2015, the Defendant transferred 3.50,000 won to I at H parking lot located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G, and purchased a disposable-phone with approximately 0.4g of philophones.

E. On May 18, 2015, the Defendant transferred 600,000 won to I before the K University located in the Sinwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and purchased a philopon by taking the philopon with approximately 0.8g of philopon.

F. On May 26, 2015, the Defendant transferred 3:50,000 won to I before the K University located in the Sinwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and purchased a philopon using a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.4g of philopon.

G. On July 6, 2015, from around 21:00 to around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) purchased a disposable injection machine with approximately 0.8g of philopon in cash from the public parking lot located in the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) purchased a philopon from L to 0.4g of philopon.

2. Medication of Metropha;

A. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant, from around 20:00 to around 22:00 on the same day, shall be the rest of the K University in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si.
