Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On November 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on March 26, 2015.
[Criminal facts]
1. 4. On October 16, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 400,00 from E to the account as listed in paragraph 1 on October 15, 2015, and, in return, sent KRW 40,000 to E on October 16, 2015, around 04:0, around 04:00, around 16, 2015 to E with approximately 0.8 grams.
Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he traded a philophone, which is a local mental medicine.
5. The Defendant committed around December 19, 2015 within the passenger car of the Defendant, who was parked on the street near the building in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around December 19, 2015.
