Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. In collusion with female-friendly job offers B on April 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) connected with “blobbbb”, an Internet game, in influencies around 11:30 on April 4, 2013; and (b) fraudulently referred that the Defendant sold game items to the victim C by holding games without intent or capacity to sell the game items; and (c) thereby, the Defendant acquired 230,000 won from the victim to the national bank account (D) in the same name as the purchase price.

2. Where a person liable for military service who violates the Military Service Act moves his/her residence, a move-in report shall be filed pursuant to Article 16 of the Resident Registration Act within 14 days;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on February 11, 2013, moved his place of residence to the French-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E and Boodong-dong 203 to the French-gu F, Incheon, and did not file a move-in report with the head of the Dong at the place of residence within 14 days without justifiable grounds.
