Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

When a person liable for military service moves his place of residence, he shall make a move-in report within 14 days.

Despite being liable for military service on January 13, 2012, the Defendant did not move to the head of the Dong having jurisdiction over the place of residence within 14 days from the time of moving from Seongbuk-gu Seoul to the Buddhist land without justifiable grounds.
