Punishment of the crime

Where a person liable for military service moves his/her place of residence, a move-in report shall be made within 14 days.

If the Defendant had moved his residence from Songpa-gu Seoul to the Buddhist land on October 8, 2012 even though he was liable for military service, he did not make a move-in report to the head of the Dong having the place of residence without any justifiable reason.
