A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 30, 2015, at around 01:20, the Defendant sent back the E hotel 15th floor E hotel located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, to F, who did not work for the key set forth in 1502, and took a bath to F, and used it. Upon receipt of a report due to the foregoing failure, the Defendant sent back the Defendant to H.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public order.
