Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the hotel hotel No. 2105 (C hotel No. 2105) located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si on July 6, 2015; (b) the conflict between his/her opinion with his/her father and his/her wife; (c) his/her husband and wife away from his/her room; and (d) he/she can be subject to tax withholding and tax withholding. 2. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant, at the 1st floor entrance of the above hotel on the same day as indicated in the preceding paragraph, saw a stone to a security guard D as stated in the preceding paragraph, and when the slopeF belonging to the 112 Jeju Western Police Station, which called upon receiving a 112 report, tried to witness it, restrain the Defendant, and arrest the Defendant as a current offender of the crime of interference with the performance of official duties, and assaulted the above F’s face level one time by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the police officer's 112 report processing and legitimate execution of duties concerning arrest of flagrant offenders.
