1. The Defendant in violation of the Fair Collection of Claims Act is a person in charge of debt collection at a unregistered loan company operated by B, and the victim C (years 65) borrowed KRW 6 million from B three times between September 2016 and December 2016.

No debt collector shall assault, threaten, arrest, or detain a debtor or his/her related person, or commit any act of debt collection using a deceptive scheme or force against him/her.
