1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving a CKan vehicle.

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall threaten or endanger any other person, or cause any danger to traffic, by continuing or repeatedly committing any offense over the central line, any speed violation, any violation of the prohibition of crossing or moving backward, any violation of the prohibition of speed change, any violation of the prohibition of speeding, any violation of the prohibition of speeding, any violation of the prohibition of overtaking, any noise generation without justifiable grounds, any violation of the prohibition of passing on the expressway, any violation of the method of overtaking on the expressway, etc., any violation of the prohibition of crossing or moving on the expressway, etc.

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) was driven by the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle on the date and time as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article, at approximately KRW 2 km ck c car from the master craftsperson in Busan Dong-dong to the front of the master craftsperson elementary school located in Busan Dong-dong, Busan Dong-dong.

3. The defendant of special obstruction of performance of official duties is carrying out a scopic driving, as described in paragraph 1, on the front of the Busan East-gu Office (169 East-gu Office) on the front of the Masterscopic Elementary School located in Busan East-gu Office (1).
