Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a two-wheeled vehicle BB400c or 400c.

On April 9, 2017, the Defendant driving the said two-wheeled vehicle without obtaining Class II driver's license on April 11, 2017, and driving the said two-wheeled vehicle to run the intersection in front of the D agency in C at the permanent residence at the permanent residence level at approximately 50km from the permanent residence.
