Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 2008, the Defendant gave birth to D around September 2009, and gave birth to E around May 2012, 2012. Since April 2017, the Defendant had experienced conflicts with the victim, and the above D and E head of household had not changed from C to the Defendant. However, even though the head of household had not changed from C to the Defendant, the Defendant, with the above C’s consent, prepared a written report of transfer (part of household movement) as if the head of household changed to the Defendant, and intended to submit it to the community service center.

1. On May 19, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document and exercising the aforesaid investigation document at the F community service center in Ansan-si, the Defendant stated “C” in the column of “A” and “A” in the column of “person to be reported” and “the former householder’s name” in the column of “A” and “person to be reported” in the former householder’s name in the former householder’s name on the paper of the written report (part of household relocation) kept therein, and then the Defendant was in his/her next possession.

C’s seal was affixed at will, and then, it was read as if it was a document duly formed by a public official without knowledge of the forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a report on the transfer (part of household transfer) of C, a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised it.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) even though the head of D or E, who is the child of the Defendant, was not changed from C to the Defendant at the time and time indicated in the above 1.
