Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for three months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the defendants is against the defendants for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the head of the G village in Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, and Defendant B and Defendant C are residents of the above G village.

1. On January 3, 2014, in the course of preparing a resolution on the disposal of a size of 85,190 square meters in J-gun, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, and Chungcheongnam-dong, under the name of I, even though K and L, a resident of the above community, opposed to the above resolution and refused to affix their signatures and seals on the above resolution, the Defendants shall prepare the above resolution to the effect that residents of the village in the disposal of the above real estate agree to the disposal of the above real estate, and arbitrarily state the name and address of K and L in the member column attached to the resolution, and have been kept in advance subsequent thereto.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to sign another person for the purpose of exercising their rights.

2. On April 21, 2014, the Defendants conspired to sign the above investigation and exercised the said investigation by having the employees of the said certified judicial scrivener office who knew of the forged facts, such as paragraph 1, submit the forged signature as if it were duly constituted.

3. On April 24, 2014, the Defendants conspired to make false entries in the original copy of a process deed and, on April 24, 2014, submitted a resolution stating a forged signature as referred to in paragraph (1) with respect to the real estate stated in paragraph (1), thereby allowing a public official in charge of registration to make a false report with respect to the public official to enter false facts in the register of land, which is the original copy of the process deed, on the register of land, which is the original copy of the process deed.

4. The Defendants conspired to exercise the original deed of process in collusion and had the Defendants keep and exercise the register in which the aforementioned false facts are entered at the same date, time, and place as Paragraph 3.
