A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Traffic Act on Roads, the traffic law on roads, the traffic law on roads, and the guarantee of compensation for motor vehicles shall operate motor vehicles on roads unless he/she has subscribed to mandatory insurance;

On November 30, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.143% during blood transfusion, without obtaining a motor device bicycle driver’s license, operated a bicycle for crowdfunding 125 meters without a license from the front of the cafeteria, Seo-gu Masckn in the vicinity of the Seo-gu Masckndong, to the front day of the “Yeck Agricultural Atlank” road located in the same 100 meters away from mandatory insurance.

2. On November 30, 2014, at around 01:59, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the guard of the police station in the Daegu Seo-gu Seo-gu, Daegu, by drinking alcohol; and (b) obstructed by a slope C from drinking, the Defendant forged D’s signature without authority for the purpose of signing and exercising his/her authority on the driver’s sexual name column for confirmation among the statement of the circumstances of the driver in charge and the driver’s exposure report; and (b) forged D’s signature without authority on the driver’s personal name column for confirmation; and (c) submitted C, not aware of such fact, a falsified driver’s circumstantial statement and the driver’s exposure report.

Accordingly, the defendant forged D's signature for the purpose of exercising the right, and used forged D's signature.
