1. Around May 22, 2013, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet NAVandian bulletin board that sold Jeju-do travel merchandise coupons, and reported it to the victim B, who “I would deliver Jeju-do travel merchandise coupons on the face of the transfer of money.”
