A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than a marina society, shall not engage in any conduct similar to that of a horse racing conducted by a marina society to provide property or profits on property to the winners of the racing, and a person, other than a racing business entity, shall not engage in any profit-making conduct related to the purchase, arrangement, transfer, etc. of the racing and tickets for which money is provided to the winner of the racing, or to provide money to the winner of the racing.

The Defendant, during the above period, opened another site (F) or changed the site address, and received from C the cost of manufacturing the site from time to time while entering the result of the game in the site.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with C to commit an act similar to the horse riding voting in relation to racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association from November 2013 to December 2 of the same year, thereby granting the amount of dividends to the enemy, and even if the Defendant is not a racing businessman, the Defendant issued the betting tickets or similar.
