Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a company engaged in architectural design, supervision, consulting business for development projects, etc., and the Defendant is a company engaged in grave creation and management business, etc.
B. On March 4, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a service contract for the creation of urban planning facilities in both weeks (hereinafter “instant service contract”) and the part relating to the instant case is as follows.
