A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall make another person have the words or images that may cause a sense of sexual shame or aversion by telephone, with intent to arouse or satisfy his/her own or another person's sexual desire.
