Punishment of the crime
On September 10, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the crime of taking property in breach of trust by the Busan District Court on September 10, 201, and was released on December 23, 201 in the racing prison on parole on December 23, 201 and the parole period expired on March 16, 2012.

C On January 30, 2015, the Busan District Court sentenced 4 months and 10 months of imprisonment for the crime of taking property in breach of trust in Busan District Court, which became final and conclusive on June 26, 2015.

Defendant A is the head of the above NM branch from around April 1994 to June 2005, and the head of the above MM branch from around June 2005 to around August 2009, and the head of the NM branch from around August 2009 to around May 2010 (the foregoing M branch is divided into N and O branch from around August 20, 2009 to around May 2009); Defendant A is the head of the above NM branch from around May 201 to around July 201; Defendant was the head of the above NM branch from around July 7, 2011 to around July 201; Defendant was the head of the above NM branch from around July 201 to around July 21, 201 to the new member of the NM branch from around March 20, 201 to the new member of the NM branch from around March 21, 201 to the new member of the NM branch.
1. Around April 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a solicitation from P, a member of the L Union N branch of the Seocho-gu Busan metropolitan apartment near the Seocho-gu Busan metropolitan apartment, to request Q to be employed as a member of the above union; and (b) received KRW 20,000,000 in the name of the case, and participated in the employment of another person for profit.
2. Around June 10, 2013, the R-related Defendant received a solicitation from the Defendant’s house located in Busan East-gu S apartment 201 Dongdong-gu, Busan to request the Plaintiff to be employed as a member of the said N-dong Association, T which is an son from the promotion R affiliated with the said N-dong branch, and received KRW 20,000,000 under the pretext of the case cost.
