Defendant D was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution with prison labor at the Busan District Court on April 13, 2013, and became final and conclusive on April 13, 2013.

2. Defendant A and B conspired to give money to Defendant A and B, the head of the branch office of the Busan Coast Guard F in order to promote Defendant A. On June 2012, Defendant A issued KRW 70 million to Defendant B in the office of Defendant B located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City for promotion solicitation, and Defendant B issued KRW 70 million in the name of promotion solicitation to Defendant B at the office of Defendant B located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and Defendant B issued KRW 70 million in return for Defendant B’s request for promotion promotion to Defendant A from the mutual infac shop located in the Seocho-gu, Busan Metropolitan City on the same day.
