[criminal record] On September 10, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of taking property in breach of trust at the Busan District Court, and the parole period expired on March 16, 2012. On June 9, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for taking property in breach of trust at the Busan High Court and the sentence became final and conclusive on September 8, 2016.

B On January 30, 2015, the Busan District Court sentenced 4 months of imprisonment and 10 months of imprisonment as a crime of taking property in breach of trust in Busan District Court, and the sentence became final and conclusive on June 18, 2015.
[Dissenting Facts] Defendant A was employed in L Union M branch around April 1978 and was employed from around December 1994 to June 2, 2005 as the head of the above M branch; from June 2005 to August 2009, the head of the above M branch; from around August 2009 to May 20, 2010, the head of the 1M branch (the above M branch is divided into 1 and 2M branch as of August 20, 2009; from around May 20, 2010 to around July 1, 2011, to the head of the 1M branch from around October 201 to around July 201, 201, to the head of the 1M branch as a new head of the 3rd branch from around October 21, 201 to around July 13, 201, to the head of the 3rd group.
