1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The EMWUDD Co., Ltd.: (a) on December 27, 2010, the payment date of KRW 100,000 at par value; (b) on December 27, 2010, the payment date of KRW 100,000 for Promissory Notes No. 1 (hereinafter “ Promissory Notes No. 1”); (c) on January 11, 201, the payment date of KRW 100,000 at par value; and (d) on January 11, 201, the payment date of the Promissory Notes No. 34870 (hereinafter “The Promissory Notes No. 1”) issued No. 36, the number of each of the Promissory Notes No. 130,30,300 (hereinafter “The Promissory Notes No. 430,300,300, 1400, 201”).

B. The first endorsement of the Promissory Notes of this case is as follows: (a) the endorsement by the Defendant Dongcheon-gun Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Dongcheon-gun”) on the part of the first endorsement; and (b) the second endorsement is as follows; and (c) the construction by Han Man-Ga Construction Co., Ltd.

(C) The promissory note in this case was presented by the final holders within each due date, but was refused to pay. The respective entries in Gap’s 4 through 7, and the purport of the entire pleadings, as a whole, are written in the following forms: (a) the instant promissory note in this case: (b) the final holders have presented payment within each due date; and (c) the purport of each entry in Gap’s 4 through 7, as a whole.

2. According to the facts of the determination as to the cause of the claim, the Defendants, who are endorsers of the Promissory Notes, are combined with the Plaintiff, the lawful holder of the Promissory Notes, and the total face value of the Promissory Notes is KRW 500,000,000, barring any special circumstance.
